Marta was introduced to yoga by her parents over twenty years ago. She is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher through the Atlanta Yoga Fellowship and Peachtree Yoga Center. Her classes incorporate sensory guidance, a challenging flow of sun salutations and encourage students to witness their own experience of yoga without judgment. “The practice of yoga gives me a sense of being grounded in the present moment, an experience of openness and willingness to really engage life. This is what I’m inspired to share when I teach. There can be peace even in the intensity of life.”

Stephanie Kohler discovered yoga after living in Japan for two years, where tai chi first exposed her to vinyasa. Itchy feet and a desire to experience yoga at its source motivated her to travel to India , where she studied in Mysore with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy. In the US , she has studied with several senior teachers, including David Williams, David Swenson, and Tim Miller. Equally influential, however, is the community she has encountered both at home and away. As a practitioner and a teacher, Stephanie strives to balance effort with surrender, precision with laughter. She encourages students to create some kind of daily practice in order to experience yoga more fully. Constant exploration of yoga, not just asana, motivates her own practice.

Todd Roderick has been dedicated to the practice of Ashtanga since 1994 and has been teaching for over 11 years. He had the rare opportunity to study extensively with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, and as a result he is the most experienced Ashtanga instructor in the Southeast. Todd attended his first yoga class in Mysore, where he studied for 14 months between two trips in 1996 and 1997.

Over the years, Todd has studied with many other senior Ashtanga instructors, including Tim Miller, Rolf Naujokat, Ranjani Cobo, to name a few. His teaching is steeped in the ancient tradition of yoga. By adhering to tradition, he honors the teachers that came before him. Todd's teaching style can be described as intuitive and sensitive, yet direct. He believes Ashtanga Yoga is a catalyst to spiritual development and teaches accordingly.

In 2006, Creative Loafing Magazine named Todd "Best Yoga Instructor to Bring Your Ashtanga Practice to the Next Level"

Lucy's love of children and yoga merged recently when she completed YogaKids Foundations Training with Cheryl Crawford and Amy Haysman. She's now happily barking in Downward Facing Dog pose as a YogaKids Associate and working through the next level of training. When not practicing yoga, Lucy enjoys reading, engaging in record player dance parties, tutoring children, and watching crazy cats on Youtube.
