incorporate sensory guidance, a challenging flow of sun salutations
and encourage students to witness their own experience of
yoga without judgment. “The practice of yoga gives me
a sense of being grounded in the present moment, an experience
of openness and willingness to really engage life. This is
what I’m inspired to share when I teach. There can be
peace even in the intensity of life.”

Christina took teacher training and was certified at Peachtree

Rutu Chaudhari received her 200 hour teacher training from Peachtree Yoga Center and is currently studying "Purna Yoga" with Aadil Palkhivala in Bellvue, Wa. Purna means "complete" and is based on the understanding that yoga is far vaster, deeper, and more subtle than the physical postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). This program is a 1700+ certification which teaches the importance of living in true health, caring for all aspects of our being: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This is one of the finest and most thorough programs in the country, with alignment based asana and pranayama from the Iyengar system; working knowledge of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika; nutritional principles found in Ayurveda, Chinese nutritional philosophy, and the best of Western nutrition; the philosophy of the Yamas and Niyamas, and The Yoga Sutras. Rutu is also studying powerful tools of meditation called "Transformative Spirituality" with Mirra Palkhivala. Rutu is driven to learn and
teach the essence of yoga. "True yoga doesn't care about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga isn't to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn't care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to truly be called yoga, its essence
must be taught" (A. Palkhivala).
Rutu is also certified in Level 1 Thai Yoga Therapy. She offers classes, group sessions, privates, and workshops.

She enjoys sharing this yoga experience with others, creating an environment of safety and appreciation to celebrate the wonder of the present.

Lara Falberg is a clinical therapist who began exploring the physical practice of yoga in 1999 and has come to learn that the asanas are a means towards discovery of the self and the place in the world one seeks through a regular yoga practice is a wonderful path by which to enjoy and appreciate life. She was certified through Peachtree Yoga Center , and is a registered yoga teacher though the Yoga Alliance. Her classes are varied and she provides a creative approach to sequences and finding one's way into a given posture. Lara employs rigorous flow with posture focus, restorative, goal-oriented, and yin practices. Her reverence for yoga, and learning something new about the practice and oneself each day is where her passion for teaching comes from, and she loves sharing this joy with others. She encourages students to abandon their usual approaches to their environment and their practice, and advocates taking each day as it comes, and utilizing the practice of yoga toward this attitude of being in the moment, and expecting progress, not pefection.
