Classes take place in one of two studios just off Edgewood Avenue-one at ground level, and a huge space among the tree tops-in a quiet building behind Sauced(post-yoga cocktails). Skillful instructors guide all levels of practitioners through very mellow 90 minute sessions of sun salutations and the like. There are innovative classes like the new M.O.V.E., a combination of yoga and dance.
